Inkspired Blog Hop 73
Good evening and welcome to another Inkspired Blog Hop! You may be starting here or you may have come from the wonderfully creative Narelle. I can't wait to see what she made for tonight.
Here is our inspiration:
Here is my creation:
I slightly altered the sketch from squares to rectangles to suit my image more. The stamp is the Lots of Lavender Sale-A-Bration set and I chose not to put a sentiment on this one. I used the Ruffled Textured Impressions Embossing Folder with Old Olive cardstock.
The centrepiece was stamped with Wisteria Wonder, Old Olive and Basic Black Archival ink. I then used my Layering Square Framelits to create the scalloped rectangle.
Next on the hop is Maree. Don't forget to check out all the wonderful cards tonight!
Until next time.

Inkspired Blog Hop 72
Good evening and welcome to another amazing Inkspired Blog Hop. You might have come from Narelle or you might to starting here.
We have a new sketch every fortnight to inspire our creativity and here is the latest:
Here is what I came up with:
This is a bit different to what I usually do. While looking at my card stash (which took long enough I have too many that aren't being used) I realised that there is a lack of masculine cards so decided that now was the time to start to rectify it.
I used Pacific Point, Real Red and Delightful Daffodil for my colours. The stamp set is Epic Celebration and the ribbon is the Shimmer Ribbon. Both of these are from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue.
Next on the hop is Maree. I am looking forward to see what she has created.
Until next time,
Allison

Inkspired Blog Hop 71
Good Evening and welcome to the 71st Blog Hop! You may be starting here or you may have come from Narelle. I can't wait to see what everyone has created.
Here is our sketch for the hop:
I admit I had a bit of trouble with this sketch. I had many ideas but when I started to implement them, they just didn't work. I was on the phone to a friend today and she told me what I was doing wrong.
"You are overthinking it Ally, keep it simple."
And I realised she was right! So I put away the Designer Series Paper, embossing folders and powder, markers and embellishments. All I kept out was 1 stamp set, a couple of my favourite colours and matching cardstock and ribbon, and it worked!
The colours are Island Indigo, Berry Burst and Lemmon Lime Twist. The stamp set is Beautiful Peacock and the ribbon is Berry Burst Metallic-Edge Ribbon.
Next on the Hop is Maree. Don't forget to go around and see everyone's creations!
Until next time,
Ally

Inkspired Blog Hop 70
Good evening and welcome to the first Inkspired Blog Hop for the year! You may have come from Narelle or you may be starting here.
This is the sketch for this time:
and here is my interpretation:
I used the Naturally Eclectic Suite to complete this card. Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper was used as a background and also as the strip. The flower is from the Oh So Eclectic Stamp set, in Fresh Fig and the sentiment is from Beautiful You.
Next on the hop is Maree. Don't forget to hop around to everyone and see their fabulous creations.
Until next time,
Ally

Good evening and welcome to another Inkspired Blog Hop. You may have come from the wonderful Renee or you may be starting here. Don't forget to see all of the wonderful creations.
Here is our sketch:
This is my creation:
I created this card with the idea of Santa sitting in front of the fire in his pyjamas and then realising that the snow had started falling, rushed out to get his suit off the line. This appeals to my inner child.
I used the Around the World Designer Series Paper, Thick Whisper White Cardstock and Window Sheet to create the main card. The stamp and die bundle is called Santa's Suit. I used the new Stampin' Blends to colour the images. Alcohol markers are great for colouring and creating a light/dark effect.
Next on the hop is Maree. I always look forward to seeing her creations.
Until next time.
Allison
