Hello!
Did you know that July is World Watercolour Month? With that in mind, here are some cards using watercolour techniques!
The roses on each card are coloured with watercolour pencils and then a blender pen over the top.
The background for the birthday card was created using Stampin' Up ink pads. I pressed the ink onto an acrylic block and then picked up with a water painter and brushed onto the card.
There was a lot of ink left over on the block (I may have been a bit heavy handed in the pressing) so I spritzed it with water and then pressed that onto a card to create the background for the thank you card.
Card: Fluid 100, Highland Heather, Melon Mambo, Shimmery White
Colouring Medium: Watercolour Pencils 1 & 2
Die: Blossoming Happiness
Ink: Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, Pacific Point, Stazon Jet Black
Stamp: Happiness Abounds
Tools: Blender Pens, Water Painters, Stampin' Spritzers
Until next week,
Allison
